Christchurch before and after the earthquake

Dorothy - 25/03/2011

Photographs taken shortly before the earthquake on February 22 show Christchurch as it was and those taken a month later emphasise the extent of the damage. They do not show the same locations as when the later photos were taken a cordon around the inner city prevented access to the areas where the pre-earthquake photos were taken.
